Class Cancellation Policies
-
If The Clay Center needs to cancel a class due to low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. We want to share our love for Clay and foster a creative environment for all!
-
At The Clay Center, each class is a small, hands-on experience with limited seating and materials prepared in advance. Because of this, we have the following cancellation policy in place to ensure fairness for both our students and instructors.
7 or More Days Before Your Class: You may cancel for a full refund or reschedule to a future class.
3-6 Days Before Your Class: You may reschedule or receive studio credit. Refunds are not available.
Within 72 Hours of Your Class: Cancellations are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling or credit.
Transferring Your Spot: If you’re unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend. Please email us in advance with their name and contact information so we can update the reservation.
-
Classes begin promptly. If you arrive late, we may not be able to provide a full experience.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.
