Welcome to Clay Center Flagstaff. By registering for a class, workshop, membership, event, or studio experience, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Registration & Payment
Full payment is required to reserve a spot in any class or event unless otherwise stated.
Class sizes are limited and registration is first come, first served.
Prices, schedules, instructors, and offerings are subject to change without notice.
Studio Policies
By registering, participants agree to comply with all current Clay Center studio policies found here:

Attendance & Participation
Students are expected to arrive on time and participate respectfully.
Clay Center reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or damaging to the studio environment.
Refunds will not be issued for removal due to policy violations or disruptive behavior.
Pottery Results & Kiln Risk
Ceramics is an unpredictable process. While we do our best to guide and protect student work:
Clay Center cannot guarantee successful outcomes for pottery pieces.
Cracking, glaze defects, breakage, firing flaws, kiln issues, and other imperfections may occur naturally during the ceramic process.
Clay Center is not financially responsible for damaged or failed student work.
Finished Work & Pickup
Participants are responsible for picking up finished work within 30 days of notification the work is finished and ready for pickup. Clay Center is not responsible for storing abandoned or unclaimed work indefinitely. Unclaimed work may be discarded, donated, recycled, or repurposed after the stated pickup period.
Studio Safety & Assumption of Risk
Participation in pottery and studio activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:
cuts,
burns,
repetitive motion injuries,
slips and falls,
and exposure to clay dust and studio materials.
By participating, students voluntarily assume these risks and agree to follow all instructor and studio safety instructions.
Liability Waiver
By attending classes, workshops, memberships, or events at Clay Center, participants release and hold harmless Clay Center, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and volunteers from liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
Photography & Media Release
Clay Center may photograph or record classes, workshops, and events for marketing and promotional purposes.
By attending, participants grant permission for their likeness, artwork, and participation to appear in:
social media,
websites,
advertisements,
printed materials,
and other promotional content.
Participants may request exclusion from close-up identifiable photography by notifying staff before class.
Agreement
By registering for or attending any class, workshop, membership, or event at Clay Center, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and all linked studio policies.
